Vineyards in Caldaro and the surrounding area

All of the grapes come from the 3.5 hectares of the Klosterhof vineyard.

The “Trifall” vineyard spreads out behind the Klosterhof vineyard in the direction of the village of Pianizza di Sopra. The varieties of pinot bianco, moscato giallo and merlot grow on this slope, which is oriented towards the southeast. The “Plantadistsch” plot is located along the Wine Road, in the direction of Lake Caldaro and is considered one of the areas with the greatest vocation for the typical “schiava” species of vine. Our pinot nero grows on a slope south of the centre of Caldaro, known as “Panigi”, which is oriented towards the southeast.
