100% by hand

For a full year, photographer Arnold Ritter followed our work in the vineyard and wine cellar. He developed a photographic itinerary that goes from the winter pruning to bottling of the wine.

Pruning of the vines

The first task to limit the yield is performed in winter and consists of pruning the vines.

New plants

The correct choice of the varieties to plant is decisive for the quality of the future wine. We prevalently use traditional wooden poles.

The harvest

The harvest is performed with great care by hand.

The Merlot for our Riserva

Healthy grapes are a basic requirement.

Sorting plant

The grapes are selected individually. Another upgrading of quality.
